Galapagos Ecoventura Cruises

The Galapagos Islands are a place like no other, where animals and humans can interact freely.

Galapagos is packed with a fascinating and startling biodiversity. It is one of the best places in the world for wildlife enthustiasts, as these dramatic volcanic islands are home to many species that cannot be found anywhere else on the planet. On the small, exclusive Ecoventura yachts you can reach the most well-hidden corners of the Galapagos Islands and come face to face with some of the region’s rarest creatures, including:

  • Blue-footed boobies
  • Sea Turtles
  • Marine and Land Iguanas
  • Galapagos Tortoises
  • Galapagos Penguins
  • Frigate birds
  • Flightless Cormorant
  • Darwin's finches
  • Waved albatross
  • Sea lions
  • Dolphins
  • Whales
  • Sharks
  • Lava lizards

Eric, Letty & Origin (operated by Ecoventura) are three identical Galapagos Motor Cruisers, each sleeping up to 20 and custom-designed for Galapagos cruising. Built in 1991 and refurbished annually, these  superior first-class sister yachts feature three decks of spacious staterooms with polished teak interiors trimmed with shiny brass fittings. Accommodations include ten double outside-facing cabins with a window or porthole view, one double bed or two twin lower beds. Relax in a lounge chair on the sun deck, enjoying the sea breezes and a sky full of stars. 7-night expeditions depart every Sunday from San Cristobal. Ecoventura alternates two different full week 7-night itineraries as required by the Galapagos National Park in an effort to better reduce usage on heavily visited sites. The order of visits may vary slightly based on the yacht assigned.
